Siamo onorati di comunicare che oggi Enrica Baldi,
Presidente di “tenera mente – onlus“, è a Montecarlo a tenere
con studenti delle scuole medie superiori di varia nazionalità
un laboratorio sull’esperienza condotta al TCV di Dharmasala per la messa in scena de “Le troiane”. In questa tragedia di Euripide è raccontato il genocidio compiuto dagli Achei sulla stirpe di Priamo, in cui – dopo che perfino il piccolo Astianatte è stato fatto precipitare dalle mura della città distrutta – rimangono solo le donne,
che attendono di essere scelte quali schiave sessuali dai vincitori.

Theatre for Social Justice con PeaceJam a Montecarlo

L’evento è organizzato da PeaceJam, un’organizzazione no profit cui aderiscono 13 premi Nobel per la Pace e che agisce con molteplici strategie nelle scuole per formare leader di comunità costruttori di pace. L’incontro di Montecarlo 2016 è presieduto da Rigoberta Menchu, insignita del Nobel nel 1992 per la difesa dei diritti dei nativi dell’America Latina.
